Build the best structural foundation for your body and achieve optimal physical performance. Each class is a varied combination of functional fitness movements performed at relatively high intensity aimed to amplify physical and mental acuity, and support your performance in other athletic activities, inside and outside of the athletic realm. U Fit encompasses movements based on speed, agility, range of motion, core strength, and flexibility. Classes vary daily ensuring you will never sweat through the same workout twice.

Kickboxing class

Kickboxing class

In this class, it teaches basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills and combinations. Kickboxing engages your upper body, abs and legs in a high-intensity workout. Although you can vary the intensity of kickboxing by limiting arm movement, you’re still building strength and burning a significant amount of calories. Even though the total amount of calories lost depend on a person’s body and general fitness, the total amount of calories lost in a class can be 800+ calories. This aerobic workout will get you weaving, jabbing and kicking your way to a more fit and toned body.

Boxing class

Boxing class

This boxing class will take you to the next level and build on the foundation you’ve already established in prior classes. This boxing class teaches more experienced boxing skills and techniques. It increases muscular strength and cardio endurance, includes partner, offensive and defensive drills. You will build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.

Kickboxing class

Zumba

A Zumba workout combines high-energy dance moves with more traditional exercises such as lunges, squats and arm curls. Throughout the routine, moves are performed to upbeat music selections, including merengue, salsa, mambo, flamenco and hip-hop and the tempo alternates between slow and fast. In this class you will burn hundreds of calories.

Boot camp class

Boot camp class

U Fit Boot Camp will give you an all around workout. One hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
